How we review it

The newsroom compares the request with available sources and versions. Differences of interpretation are distinguished from factual errors. Insufficient evidence may require clarification, correction or withdrawal.

How changes appear

Material changes are reviewed and identified in published content. Decisions are recorded and the impact on other languages and resources is checked. Minor stylistic improvements are not presented as new information.
